The Palmetto award is given to the firm that scored highest by our judges. This project is an ACEC finalist. Parsons Brinkerhoff was awarded the Palmetto Award for the project in Transportation over $10 million Category for the Arthur Ravenell Jr. Bridge. The Arthur Ravenell Jr. Bridge which crosses the Cooper River in Charleston, SC has already become a beloved landmark of the Low Country.
