The newly formed ACEC-SC Infrastructure Works Institute is seeking nominations for its Board of Directors. The ACEC-SC Infrastructure Works Institute is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization recently formed by ACEC-SC. The mission of the Institute is:
“The ACEC-SC Infrastructure Works Institute will direct its resources to conduct research that informs stakeholders of the state’s infrastructure status and economic impact, to invest in tomorrow’s engineers, and to advance the business of engineering in South Carolina.”
The ACEC-SC Board of Directors believes the Institute will help ACEC-SC achieve its Strategic Initiatives. Board terms are two years, but the Inaugural Board Members will serve three years. The Board will meet quarterly and at the SC Engineering Conference & Trade Show.
