The ACEC-SC Environmental Committee serves as a liaison between ACEC-SC, the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control, as well as other public agencies dealing with water, wastewater, stromwater, and geotechnical issues. The Environmental Committee works with DHEC to put together a 7 PDH session at the ACEC-SC/SCSPE Winter Meeting. The environmental committee actively works to develop a mutually beneficial relationships with SCDHEC and monitors, on behalf of the ACEC-SC membership, SCDHEC efforts related to project planning, design, construction, budgeting and consultant selections.
