The purpose of the ACEC-SC Advocacy/PAC Committee is to undertake a proactive legislative direction and provide advocacy direction and guidance for the membership, board, and lobbyist. The committee also helps in raising funds for the ACEC-SC & ACEC Political Action Committees.
- The ACEC-SC Advocacy and Political Action Committee concentrates on issues the industry is facing. This committee monitors legislation the industry is facing as well as attends committee meetings, registration board meetings, and other meetings where issues facing the industry are discussed. They aid ACEC-SC lobbyist when needed, as well as determine where ACEC-SC PAC dollars are best spent.
